Our research was carried out in July/ August 2018, by Toluna/ Pollitt & Partners, with 2000+ consumers and a representative sample of charity sector professionals.
All respondents participated in an online questionnaire. Professionals also contributed to a number of qualitive questions.
Detailed analysis reveals that the answers to the questions are influenced by the age of the respondent, but not by their income or social class.
The data was collected to stimulate discussion and debate. We do not claim that it is the answer to everything!
